Payment:

Payments are made through Paypal with a credit or debit card, or with your Paypal account. You do need to have a Paypal account to make payment.

Delivery and charges:

Your order will be sent to you using Royal Mail’s signed for service and will require a signature on delivery. If you do not expect to be home, you may provide an alternative address (such as a work address). If you miss the delivery Royal Mail will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local depot.

Once dispatched, orders may not be cancelled. For returns see below.

UK Delivery options:

  • Standard – £2.99 (3-5 working days)
  • 1st Class – £3.99 (1-3 working days)

In store pick up (Bristol) – Free (we will confirm when your order is ready for collection.)

EU Delivery:

Includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Items bought online may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund if you are not 100% happy with your order. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unworn and with any tags still attached. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once we have received and ins
